Two of our great seasonal workers, Gianni Quattrocchi and Michael Stec, earned the prestigious Erick D. Tucker merit scholarship award. Both Gianni and Michael went through a thorough application process and ultimately were selected as recipients by EMBDA- Eastern Building Materials Dealer Association, who awarded both young men $1,500 for post-secondary education purposes.
Gianni, the oldest son of our manager, Angelo, attends Temple University. Currently a junior, Gianni serves as Student Body President and studies political science. Many CBM customers may recognize Gianni from the front counter at our Bristol store. Gianni grew up spending his summers working at the store and learning a lot about our business.
Michael works in the lumberyard at our Neshaminy location during his time off from school. He attends Stockton University, where he runs on the cross-country team and studies education.
